Soul Retrieval
A session for the sense that some part of you has been left behind after a difficult time.
Benefits
- For the sense that a part of you was left behind after a difficult time.
- A guided, gentle way to reconnect with that part, rather than having to work it out alone.
- Many people describe feeling more whole and present afterwards.
What to expect
These sessions are held one to one, in a quiet room, and begin with a conversation about what has brought you in. There is no ritual to perform and nothing you need to believe beforehand; the practitioner explains what will happen before it does. Many people describe feeling lighter afterwards, and some prefer to go home and rest rather than plan anything for the rest of the day.
