Benefits

  • Two methods in one session: the breath releases tension and the hands-on healing helps you settle.
  • Calms the nervous system, so many people leave feeling both lighter and grounded.
  • You are supported through the whole release, which suits you if breathwork on its own feels like too much.

What to expect

A Breathwork & Energy Healing session is guided from start to finish, so there is nothing to prepare or get right. You lie or sit comfortably while the practitioner talks you through the breathing pattern, adjusting the pace to how you respond. Expect to feel calmer and lighter by the end; a longer session can also bring up emotion, which is a normal part of the release rather than something to be concerned about.

Breathwork & Energy Healing costs $80 and lasts 90 min.

Is Breathwork & Energy Healing done at the studio or online?

In person, at our studio at 26 Gergi Zeidan Street, Tabaris, Achrafieh, Beirut.

Who leads Breathwork & Energy Healing sessions?

Caroline.

I have never meditated or done breathwork. Is that OK?

Yes, it is fine. Sessions are guided from start to finish, so there is nothing to prepare or get right. The practitioner adjusts the pace to how you respond.

My mind never stops. Can I still meditate?

Yes. Nobody can stop thinking, and meditation does not ask you to. The practice is noticing that your mind has wandered and gently coming back. That noticing is the exercise, not a failure.
