A calm, guided meditation that quiets the mind, settles the nervous system and cultivates lasting inner calm. Good if you have never meditated before.
The session is guided from start to finish, so there is nothing to prepare or get right. You sit or lie comfortably while the practitioner leads the meditation, adjusting the pace to how you respond. Expect to feel calmer and more settled by the end. If your mind wanders, that is normal: noticing it and coming back is the practice.
Guided Meditation costs $20 (in a group) and lasts 60 min. Private session: $60.
