Benefits

  • Our longest and deepest breathing session, with time to go much further than a standard class.
  • Made for deep emotional release, for when you feel there is something held that you want to let go of.
  • A journey you are guided through, so you can let go without worrying about doing it right.

What to expect

A THB Breathwork session is guided from start to finish, so there is nothing to prepare or get right. You lie or sit comfortably while the practitioner talks you through the breathing pattern, adjusting the pace to how you respond. Expect to feel calmer and lighter by the end; a longer session can also bring up emotion, which is a normal part of the release rather than something to be concerned about.

Frequently asked questions

How is THB different from a regular breathwork session?

THB uses faster, deeper breathing sustained over a long stretch, which can be physically and emotionally intense. It is our longest and most immersive session. A regular breathwork session usually starts with slower, calming techniques.

How much does THB Breathwork cost?

THB Breathwork costs $60 (in a group) and lasts 120-180 min. Private session: $140.

Is THB Breathwork done at the studio or online?

In person, at our studio at 26 Gergi Zeidan Street, Tabaris, Achrafieh, Beirut.

Who leads THB Breathwork sessions?

Darine.

I have never meditated or done breathwork. Is that OK?

Yes, it is fine. Sessions are guided from start to finish, so there is nothing to prepare or get right. The practitioner adjusts the pace to how you respond.

My mind never stops. Can I still meditate?

Yes. Nobody can stop thinking, and meditation does not ask you to. The practice is noticing that your mind has wandered and gently coming back. That noticing is the exercise, not a failure.
