Energy healing is a gentle, hands-on or hands-just-above-the-body practice that works with the body’s own energy field to ease what is held and restore balance. You stay fully clothed, usually lying on a massage table (Golden Light can also be done seated), and most people simply find it deeply relaxing. You do not need to believe anything in particular for it to work.

Yes. Golden Light Soul Energy Healing is held by video call as well as in person, so distance and time zone are not a barrier -- we simply arrange a time that works for you. Payment is by Revolut, which works from abroad, and is due before the session.
