Benefits

  • Postures are held for a long time, so it reaches the deep tension that faster classes skip.
  • Combined with Reiki, so you stretch and receive healing in one class.
  • Gradually improves flexibility, and the stillness makes it as much a meditation as a workout.

What to expect

Classes are levelled, so a first-timer and a regular can be in the same room. Wear something you can move in, bring water, and mention any injury to the teacher before you start. A private Yin Yoga & Reiki Energy Healing session is paced entirely around you instead of a group.
