Yoga meets dance in a one-hour class that flows instead of holding postures: fluid, expressive movement linking breath, body and rhythm. No performance, no experience needed.

Classes are levelled, so a first-timer and a regular can be in the same room. Wear something you can move in, bring water, and mention any injury to the teacher before you start. A private Dance Yoga: the Art of Movement session is paced entirely around you instead of a group.
Dance Yoga: the Art of Movement costs $20 and lasts 60 min.

Yes. Classes are levelled, so a first-timer and a regular can be in the same room, and every pose has an easier version. Tell the teacher it is your first class and mention any injury before you start.
