Benefits

  • Body and face in one hour, instead of choosing between a massage and a facial treatment.
  • The facial work releases jaw, brow and scalp tension that a body massage does not reach.
  • The most complete way to switch off: you leave feeling rested from head to toe.

What to expect

You will be asked briefly about any injuries, conditions or areas to avoid, then left to undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet on a heated table. The practitioner works with oil unless the technique calls for something else, checking in on pressure as they go. Drink water afterwards, and expect the area worked to feel looser rather than sore for more than a day.
