Benefits

  • You are in the same room, side by side, so you share the experience instead of waiting in turns.
  • A relaxed way to spend time together that does not need any planning.
  • Costs less than two separate sessions, and suits a birthday, anniversary or a treat for a friend.

What to expect

You will be asked briefly about any injuries, conditions or areas to avoid, then left to undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet on a heated table. The practitioner works with oil unless the technique calls for something else, checking in on pressure as they go. Drink water afterwards, and expect the area worked to feel looser rather than sore for more than a day.
