Assisted stretching and pressure along the body’s energy lines. Practised clothed, on a mat.

You will be asked briefly about injuries, conditions or areas to avoid. Then you stay fully clothed on a mat on the floor, with no oil. The therapist uses hands, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to press along the body’s energy lines and guides you through a sequence of assisted stretches, checking in on pressure as they go. Wear something loose or stretchy you could do yoga in. It is more active than other massages, so you will not fall asleep; expect to feel looser and to move more easily afterwards.
