Benefits

  • Aimed at where desk and screen tension collects, which is often where it hurts most.
  • A short 40 minutes that is easy to fit in, even in a lunch break or after work.
  • More affordable than a full-body session, so it is easy to come back regularly.

What to expect

You will be asked briefly about any injuries, conditions or areas to avoid, then left to undress to your comfort level and lie under a sheet on a heated table. The practitioner works with oil unless the technique calls for something else, checking in on pressure as they go. Drink water afterwards, and expect the area worked to feel looser rather than sore for more than a day.
